Cool... I will check into that... I braided the wires... perhaps to tight ?  No glue, since my tower is notched... I will be making many more... I am still waiting for some thicker stainless steel wire... will try not to braid them so tight...and see what happens.... thanks again...have a great day!

WestEdge.

I was very interested in your post, as I had exactly the same problems using the Cellphone charger and Aquariam pump.
I did not seem to get any gas, just air going through from the Aquariam pump.

I also tried increasing the baking Soda but no difference to H.H.O. production.

I tried connecting up to a Car battery as described in my previous post.

I am now building another Electrolyser and will keep in touch as soon as I have got it perfected.

I am learning a lot from so many great people on this Forum.

Kiwiflyer,

Thanks, would love to see how it turns out for you... we are also learning so much from this forum thanks to all the great people willing to post their problems and others with solutions... it is a funny thing because when I first began reading the forum it was like reading a foreign language, and now I am building a water charging system.

I really think I messed up with the braiding of the wires ( too tight with some small kinks in some places) I started with small wire to begin with ... 0.020" and it was very hard to work with so I braided it twice... ordered some 0.035 stainless steel (316L) and I am not going to braid it so tight.

However, the cell phone chargers did not even spark, at least with the AC/DC adapter there were sparks and it got hot so I know it was doing what it should. I too post again when I finish this project... Thanks Everyone for posting and sharing...

splenda is bad news. i use Stevia, you can get the plant or get the drops from a health food store. it is 300 times sweeter than sugar and has no sugar at all it.

Well we finally have our charged water problem solved.

We rebuilt another electrolizer, using bigger wire (20GA Stainless Steel 316L)

We also bought a small 12 volt battery. ( From a hobby shop)

Made some small jumper cables. Hooked it all up and are now happy to have our healthy drinking water.

Thanks for all the support, everyone.

Has anyone tried xylithol as a sweetener... it taste like sugar, and comes from tree bark from what I understand.  It does not have an after taste like stevia, however it is a bit expensive.  It is also reported to be much better for your health than sugar and other sweeteners... Our children's dentist recommended letting our children chew gum with xylithol in it for 20 minutes after meals ...3 times a day to help prevent cavities

Just throwing that out there ...

WARNING - don't drink the water!

Thought that might get some attention (This may be

important).

I'de like to state why I won't drink the water yet.

A company called floarton makes a solar powered

device that floats in a swimming pool and makes tiny

bubbles all day (sound familiar?). The ionized water

purportedly kills all bacteria and algae so you can

save mony on pool chemicals. I bought one this

summer and after 2 weeks my pool was charged & clean

and i stopped adding chems.

HERE'S the good part... 2 weeks later i introduced 2

goldfish. They died within 24 hours! This reminds me

of the "Canary in a coal mine" technique used by old

timers. "IF THE CANARY DIES QUIT BREATHING & get out

fast!"

Just my 2 cents... I havn't had time to read all the

posts here so sorry if this has been covered. I

intend to get a canary & feed it charged water for

awhile.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this... just wondering if anyone has tried taking a charged water bath....

I did today and it felt great... glad I have the little 12 volt battery for my charging system, because I do not think an A/C adapter would do well...

I filled my tub half full with the hottest water... and then charged it for about 2.5 hours... then took a bath...the water was luke warm....

Anyways I am going to keep doing this... hoping that it will help with aches in the old hip joints.......  If anything amazing comes of this... you all will be the first to know.......lol
