The tech can sure be implemented to your bike. You can downsize for easier installation.
If you have a 2 carb bike, you want an equal amount of H.H.O. running into each of these two carbs. Not a big deal, I'd say just keep the outputs and hoses totally symmetrical. Separate bottle for each cylinder is a good idea. Here's another idea: you can connect them in series and have 6 volts per "cell". This way they will not get hot and will lose less water while producing more H.H.O. per cell. There is a chapter called "Multi-Cell" that explains the details and gives photos and diagrams.
