Wow, I just installed two custom electrolyzers on an 04' Suburban. We tested it on the same stretch of road at the same speed, andfilled it at the same pump in the same way. We went from 7.5 mpg to 17.5 mpg. This is 135% increase. This is the second vehicle I've installed it on. The first one had the same initial gain. From 14 mpg to 32 mpg. We are now selling and installing these units in the Houston area.

I have an 04 Tahoe I am having a hard time getting any milage increase.  Could you tell me everything you have done to get that kind of milage?  how many jars, efie, map, pcv etc?  I have 4 jars, map enhancer, O2 extenters and pcv filter and still no milage increase.  Any Ideas would help.

I've only got (2) custom pvc electrolyzers, no pcv or fuel heater.  Something may be wrong with your unit.

What engine do you have in your 04 suburban.  I have the 5.3 and get 17 with no H.H.O..  7.5 sounds like you pull a mobile home every where.

Congratulations- great results. Could you please give us more info.  What type of units, connections, enhancers, etc.??  I too had great initial results, but then dropped back to close to original mpg.  How about a website for your custom units? I have 3 Chevy's and want to convert them all.

I have an 08 chevy p/up with a 4.8. Had a lousy time getting it to work. Testing, take it apart, I was about to throw this to the wolves. Well I found out my map sensor enhancer was bad. Another thing anymore after doing several installs is always use multiple cells it really makes a difference. Also an 04 needs an efie and an 02 extender. I found that the case on mine. I went from 17mpg to 26mpg. I am working on 30 mpg just to say I did it. Ain't this fun?
