Congratulations!  You are beating my efforts, so far.  I have my 96 Chevy w/ 5.7L, 98 Tahoe w/ 5/7L and S-10 with 2/2L. Been working the truck first, as it has the worst mileage.  I have tried everything from w4gas jars to pcv enhancer, )2 extenders, foil wrap, MAP enhancer, and now efie.  Can tell more power and torque, but no mpg-yet.  Think I am getting closer though  This is my latest set-up--

2 H.H.O. generators with 4 ss switch plate covers w/ +nn- in water filter housing for water volume and sealing leaks. Set up in series and drawing about 6/7 v each.  Amps are at about 5 when hot and production is almost 1 L per minute. Using NaOH as electrolyte. 1 hose to air intake prior to air filter.

I have removed the following-

foil wrap-- no results

02 extenders- no results, but CEL (02 sensor slow to respond)

MAP enhancer- no help but did have efie hooked up at same time.

It is too early to tell mpg, as I have just finished this setup and disconnected my MAP enhancer.  But so far, no CEL and truck runs much better.  EFIE set at 230 mv for now.

I will send updates as I get more miles on this tank and mpg results.  Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

we have no extra atmospheric air going into the engine (meaning no bubbles from bubber/air inlet)  sounds like you are producing enough of the good stuff... that is all I can really think of.... we have never used plates... the other 5.7 on a 1 ton van has a quad set up in parrallel/series and is getting great results with out the EFIE too ... Have fun and keep plugging along... persistants will pay off...

On WEST EDGES suggestion... I have closed down the bubbler action to Zero and cut back to 2 generators. to increase amperage and production. i didn't want to mess with the electrolyte at this point. No results yet too early..  Getting ready to install new manifold set up for 3 cells. which will also include a flashback arrestor in line.  Just working on some final fittings to get down to 1/4 barb. Pix will be soon after installation. I do have one question.... I have my fitting for air intake, post filter... whats the logic of pre filter please. my thinking was cleaner air being introduced to the Throttle Body /(carburetor) no additional road debris or particulate matter mixing in with H.H.O. or into the hole.  I ask as usual with all due respect. Thanks!

we do not say pre filter.... air filter intake just before the throttle body to be exact, sorry if we were misunderstood.
