Why pay for information in the public domain? Ozzie Freedom who operates 1 Freedom, a non-profit company, came up with books to help those people, newbies to experts, who wanted to take advantage of fuel saving from the use of a combine hydrogen and oxygen gas mix generated through the use electrolysis in water. In addition other fuel saving devices are discussed. The two books he sells are organized to allow the novice without any prior knowledge to make their first Hydrogen/Oxygen water booster easily, cheaply, and safely, as well as other fuel saving devices that assist and enhance fuel savings. Then he goes forward to allows you to take the knowledge and encourages to go as far as you want. Can you find most of this information free on the web? Yes if you have weeks or months of free time to search. If your time is valuable and you want to save weeks searching through search engines and other forums, the books are a great alternative.
Next where does the money go? Ozzie has been under fire for all the money made on the sale of his books. There has been a considerable number of books sold, and I will let Ozzie explain where the money goes in his own words from a post in another forum:

1. Half of our gross income goes to affiliates, so we're feeding many
hundreds of families. Not to mention how many jobs we have created for
manufacturers (900 registered, but who knows how many more there are
now).
2. My company, 1 Freedom, has turned into a corporation last week (1
Freedom Inc.), and that corporation is now in the process of turning
into a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Our book sales money is going into
charity!!! All I took for myself in the past 6 months was a pair of
shoes.
3. The executives of the corporation, myself included, are working 7
days a week till midnight and beyond in the public service, not to get
rich. We invest a lot in R&D and new products are coming up very soon.
And they are coming with the same spirit of giving rather than taking
- since we have a policy of no patents, anybody can build a business
around our models - and that's exactly what the public is doing now.
The secret of our success is giving more than we take. And to whoever
bad-mouths Water4Gas I'd say that the surest way for you to stay small
is to give little and criticize givers.
