I have tried blocking the intake on my Honda for about a month now.  It has possibly changed slightly if at all.  Actually what I am seeing is a more consistant mileage.  My baseline with out H.H.O. was 28 MPG.  Adding H.H.O. helped move me up to 30 to 33 mpg.  With the intake blocked my mileage was more consistantly around 32mpg to 33mpg.  I have cut off the top end of a round plastic bottle and taped the top end into my intake.  I drilled a small hole in the bottle cap and reinstalled it.  About took all of the power the little car had.  I increased the hole incrementally, until the car was driveable.  I live in an area where I am up and down big hills constantly.  This actually reduced my mpg as I was always having to open the throttle fully to go up the hills at all..  Took the cap fully off and just left the open bottle neck.  This seems to work the best.

Yesterday I tried something new for me.  I cleaned out my two electrolizers and replaced my electrolyte with a mixture of 1 part vinegar and 3 parts distilled water.  I am tired of baking soda or sodium hydroxide blocking the hoses and fittings.  I drove the car roughly 200 hwy miles over interstate and secondary roads.  Again with big hills.  One hill is a 7% grade for roughly one mile.  I could tell my mileage had increased just by the fuel gage, so I filled up and reset my odometer in San Antonio before returning home.  This was a trip of 60.0 miles between fillups and was over Interstate 10 from San Antonio to Kerrville, Texas.  Had to fill up here as stations closer to home were closed, due to late hour.  This again has lots of big hills and was run between 65mph and 70 mph.  I fill up untill fuel is sitting abover the flapper in the filler neck to achieve consistency.  This yielded a mileage of 34.9 mpg.
