So i decided to put it out here and ask just that...the posts have been near none and from what i can see, even at different times of the day and weeks, the log-in's have been down also...Does anyone know if this forum has moved to another site, as was told to me today?? I've personally never got notice of this if it has, how bout any of you???...laterhm2u

The new site is:

http://www.water4gas.com/

But you have to pay membership fee of $19.95 a month to gain access to complete services. IMO, too much for what we already know.

Still I hold the same question: "What's been happening lately...or what hasn't been happening lately? Why is it so quiet around here?"

I honesty believe only the administrators/moderators and/or Ozzie should address this...or perhaps our fellow member Westgate would like to make a comment???...is there a "Judas", sell out, in our mist??...laterhm2u

It's hard to say what's going on. I know there are a lot of concerns about the economy, plus, it is winter (and extra cold in a lot of the country.)

I hope that when it warms up a bit, the pace will pick up.

As for myself, I've been incredibly busy with my new online store, not to mention my ongoing R & D with the new units I'm working on. In case anyone's interested my new developments, go to my profile and click on my "homepage".

The site was developed for me by Greentech Systems, LLC. And, we are currently looking for a few good affiliates.

If anyone is interested, shoot me a pm and I will give you their email so that you can contact them personally. They sent out an anouncement this past Sunday night, and starting Monday morning, I had as many orders come in as I could handle. The last 2 days were spent filling and shipping the orders, and I have 2 more recent ones to take care of today. Unfortunately, I've had to set aside my R & D temporarilly to take care of these orders.

Incidently, I have a 10% off (get aquainted) offer going on right now, but since I'm dead set against "spamming", you can email me and I'll be happy to forward the flyer to you so that you can take advantage of the offer while it is still good. (It will also contain information about contacting Greentech and setting up an affiliate website, simular to mine.

And, that's my excuse for not being in here more often!!

This is an opinion: Maybe there's nothing much more to learn that is why people are staying out.

But here is the one last hurdle for all of us HOD installers - the ECU's. It is illegal to remove or reprogram them.

Is it possible to combine efforts just once, just this once, with other HOD groups to lobby for legislative amendment to the EPA law, Memorandum 1a so that we can legally remove or reprogram the ECU's? We can accept the responsibility for meeting EPA standards. From there on, we can move forward in saving this beautiful planet... and our pocket books.

Here are some excerpts from EPA Memorandum 1a:

April 1997 Note Regarding Memorandum 1A

AFTERMARKET CONVERSIONS

In section 203(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act the following acts are
prohibited:

(3)(A) for any person to remove or render inoperative any device
or element of design installed on or in a motor vehicle or motor
vehicle engine in compliance with regulations under this title
prior to sale and delivery to the ultimate purchaser, or for any
person knowingly to remove or render inoperative any such device
or element of design after such sale and delivery to the ultimate
purchaser; or

(B) for any person to manufacture or sell, or offer to sell, or
install, any part or component intended for use with, or as part
of, any motor vehicle or motor vehicle engine, where a principal
effect of the part or component is to bypass, defeat, or render
inoperative
any device or element of design installed on or in a
motor vehicle or motor vehicle engine in compliance with
regulations under this title, and where the person knows or
should know that such part or component is being offered for sale
or installed for such use or put to such use; or ........

Section 205 of the CAA

(a) Violations. - Any person who violates sections 203(a)(1),
203(a)(4), or 203(a)(5) or any manufacturer or dealer who
violates section 203(a)(3)(A) shall be subject to a civil penalty
of not more than $25,000. Any person other than a manufacturer
or dealer who violates section 203(a)3(A) or any person who
violates section 203(a)(3)B) shall be subject to a civil penalty
of not more than $2,500. Any such violation with respect to
paragraph (1), (3)(A), or (4) of section 203(a) shall constitute
a separate offense with respect to each motor vehicle or motor
vehicle engine. Any such violation with respect to section
203(a)(3)(B) shall constitute a separate offense with respect to
each part or component. any person who violates section
203(a)(2) shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than
$25,000 per day of violation.

(I deleted the rest of the text so as not to fill up too much space). Since this part of the Clean Air Act is still open for review, we have the opportunity to propose some amendments which will allow for easier installation of hydrolyzers.

We have all experienced dramatic initial results out of our units, but when the ECU's kick in, all the gains are gone. This doesn't have to happen if the ECU's are gone.

Am I correct here, or should I just go home?
