I finally am seeing some good MPG. I have a 1999 Honda AccordLX and I have the map sensor control. I did the foil thing first and saw no improvement. I then got the o2 sensor extender and put that on and I went from 22.5 MPG to 27.5 MPG. (I don't what% that is). This is with 1 jar. I have room for 2 jars so I am going to do that next and then the fuel heater. It seems like the o2 sensor is the key to the computer.

Hi,

I have a Honda CRV (and my wife a Honda Odyssey) so I suspect the O2 extender you used would probably fit on our cars.. where did you purchase it from please?

Thank you.

From what I understand the O2 extender is pretty much universal and will fit most cars. I got mine from ebay for like $9.00. Just do a search for o2 sensor extender.

I was talking to my mechanic yesterday and he wanted to see what the extender did so he hooked his scan guage to the car and it showed that the o2 sensor was telling the computer that it was running to rich so the computer liens out the fuel so the extender seems to be working.

Now for the bad news. My mileage went back to were it was before. I don't understand this. Map sensor is running lean, o2 sensor showed its running lean. I did put that additive mix a2x10. I did read that Ozzy said his fuel filter got clogged after his first tank with this. I am wondering if this might be my problem. Any ideas on what is going on?

hey puckit, Your o2 sensor extender.. that gave you your extra mileage, is that the Oxyisolater from www.protiumfuelsystems.com, or is it something other that i missed in my first read of the e-book.

Thanks, Kennar
