I too have a 1999 Ford F150 4.6  that I put the H.H.O. Gen on and I got an increase of 5 mpg for 30 or 40 miles then it all went away.  I found out I don't have a map sensor so the enhancer won't help me. I going to try the extenders next. But my mileage even without the o2sensors all hooked up is normal 11.5 with the H.H.O. on.  I was hoping it would do better without the o2 sensore plugged in.  Any suggestions for these Fords would be great.

i put the ext. in the frt sensors. was getting 15mpg orig.

i have 3 H.H.O. gens, pcv enhancer, and 02 ext in frt sensors now getting 20.6mpg

What size H.H.O. generators did you install? I put on just 1 60oz. But have limited room on my 99 F150. I put it behind the license plate in front of the radiator.

i now have four mounted behind the grill and room for 2 more. remove the plastic piece at frt. of engine compartment when you lift the hood. it has 5 or 6 push pins with phillips screws in the middle of the pin. you can just bungee strap the jars to the grille if your are using the standard mason jars.

I got carried away and bought a 60 oz gen, which is 8"x4".

Do you have any pictures of your setup. I took the plastic piece off but I still have to come up from the bottom to refill etc. Here is a pic of my H.H.O. gen. So far I like it and it doesn't get hot with 3 teaspoons of BS in it.

I have a Ford F150  and my six pack is ready to install sometime this week. I was waiting on my OBD II PocketScan to arrive that I ordered last week so I can read the codes for problems that may pop up. I am goint yo instll like you said in the space in front of the radiator. I removed the cover today. I am goint to run the sixpack into a manifold then to the intake.I tried to post some pictures but is says I used to much space will try later.

The extenders you used on the front 02 sensors were they the standard ext with gaskets or the longer tapered ones. Also did you drill thin out.
